Shipping
Your order will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the Home Page for current shipping announcements.
All of our shipping & packing materials are reusable and/or recyclable. We consciously reuse and recycle shipping and packaging materials to preserve our natural resources by extending the useful life of these materials and ultimately reduce the burden on our landfills. All packaging peanuts & plastics have been reused. SpaGoddess humbly encourages you to continue these ecologically sound practices.

International Orders
At this time, AngelFaceBotanicals.com is not set up to accommodate shipping outside the US. International customers, please send us your order, including size, via the Contact Us form. Or you may purchase directly from the SpaGoddess Etsy Shop.
Privacy & Security
Angel Face Botanicals will never sell or share your personal information.
Orders and personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) so that your privacy is protected. Your credit card number is transmitted directly between the issuing bank and credit card processor. We do not receive or keep any credit card information on file.
Exchanges & Returns
For safety reasons personal care products cannot be returned once they are opened. Returns of unopened product in perfect condition are accepted within 7 days of receipt if you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If you need to make a return, please email us to let us know the reason for the return. For items that have been damaged in shipping, please keep the damaged item--including all packaging and packing slips & contact us. Because of UPS & USPS insurance policies, unfortunately we cannot replace the item if these things have not been kept.
If a mistake is made in shipping your order please let us know immediately so that we may correct the issue. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return.
Natural Ingredients
Angel Face Botanicals sources Certified Organic, Ethically Wild-harvested & Fair Trade whenever possible. We are a small, ecologically conscious company. Angel Face Botanicals does not hold an Organic Certification, but rest assured that all ingredients listed "Organic" are Certified Organic raw materials from our suppliers.
Angel Face Botanicals products are made from natural raw materials & may vary slightly accordingly. We reserve the right to make slight adjustments to our recipes according to the availability of high quality ingredients.
Weights & Measures
Our products are sold by weight, not volume. Some items, such as bath salts may settle during transport.
