There are countless clinically proven health benefits of essential oils.
As we are all complex individuals, so are our paths to wellness. The remedies implied are meant to supplement rather than substitute any medical care or treatment. Our products should not take the place of qualified medical diagnosis or treatment, nor are they meant to cure any disease or medical condition. Consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, have a health condition or are currently in treatment for a medical condition before using these or any other products.
People with serious medical conditions such as epilepsy, schizophrenia, cancer & heart disease, as well as pregnant women and those who are in poor overall health or in an extremely weakened condition, should not take baths unless directed by their physician.

Sensitivities & Allergies
Use Angel Face Botanicals products only as directed. Our products are mild & generally safe for sensitive skin. However, it is possible for sensitivities & allergies to develop, even if you have not experienced any reaction in the past. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately & consult a health professional if necessary. It is recommended, especially if you have sensitive skin, to do a patch test before using a new product. Simply apply the product in an inconspicuous place such as the inside of your upper arm. Wait 24 hours. If no irritations develop, begin using product as directed. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately. Apply a mild vegetable oil such as Almond or Olive to the affected area. Contact your health care professional if necessary.
Pregnant & Nursing Women

It is advised that pregnant & nursing women avoid the following Essential Oils: Basil, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Aniseed, Fennel, Juniper, Oregano, Rosemary, Clary Sage, Clove, Sage, Myrrh & Wintergreen. This is an abbreviated list & includes only the Essential Oils that we use in our ingredients list.
The following Angel Face Botanicals products are to be avoided if you are pregnant & nursing:

Take good care of yourself & your little one. While we have not found any documented studies reporting that either a mother or fetus have been harmed due to Essential Oils, it is recommended that pregnant & nursing women use half of the recommended amount of any product containing Essential Oils, or none at all. Consult your healthcare provider about the specifics to your healthy pregnancy.
Babies & Children
Angel Face Botanicals does not make products for babies or children at this time. We advise that you consult a qualified healthcare provider and/or Aromatherapist before using Essential Oils on your children.
Homeopathy
It is widely practiced that Eucalyptus, Peppermint & sometimes Tea Tree Essential Oils should not be combined with Homeopathic remedies as they can antidote each other. Consult your Homeopath, Aromatherapist or healthcare provider before combining any remedies with Essential Oils.
